Objective

Provide public transit to remedy the lack of connections between the different parts of the harbourfront.

Means

Introduce a modern tramway service linking the different parts of the harbourfront with one another and with the entertainment and
hotel districts.
Redevelop the area around the Champ-de-Mars metro station to make it easier to use for visitors to the harbourfront.
Introduce an integrated traffic management, vehicle direction and parking strategy for the harbourfront.
