- Develop the residential potential of the districts bordering
Old Montréal, i.e. Faubourg Québec, Faubourg
des Récollets, Griffintown, the basins and the Lachine Canal area.
- Develop the residential potential of the northern tip of
Nuns’ Island, with respect for the shoreline and archaeological
remains.
- Develop the residential potential of Cité du Havre, and create a true linear park along the shoreline on the south side.
- Explore the potential of mixed development of the
Point St. Charles railway yards, without disrupting
VIA Rail operations.
- Develop a protocol for managing contaminated soils, in collaboration with the Quebec Department of the Environment.
- Address problems of coexistence caused by traffic congestion in
Old Montréal
